Legendary Ross Build

Context for this Build

This ship has a high hull capacity and full command spec, so I wanted to build something that both contributed damage as well as some team support. Thanks to command spec, the inspiration abilities can be used to give the entire team - at any range - 300% hull regen and 100 damage resistance rating, or alternatively, 33% bonus damage and -100% weapon power cost. Those two can be highly effective if well timed in a match, either for myself or to help a teammate. I generally try to save the hull regen one for the right time, I'd rather keep someone from dying, but occasionally the situation calls for additional damage so it's nice to have both options.


I'm using Beam Overload with Suppression Barrage, which slows down enemies as well as reduces their damage output. This helps me keep teammates alive while also dealing good damage. I also have both Rally Point Marker, which provides a large heal and clears some debuffs, and Subspace Interception which teleports me to a teammate below 50% hull and makes them immune to damage for a few seconds - when this works correctly it can be very effective.
