Context for this Build

I started putting this together to offer a budget option for players just getting into PvP, using my fleet ship modules acquired upon reaching Tier 6 Reputation. This ship offers dual intel seat, and has a very flexible bridge officer layout for this type of build - it can be used effectively from low budget all the way to max budget builds and has aged better than most other first-generation T6 ships.


As shown in these builds, I rely on inexpensive colony consoles for healing, but a higher end build might forego these and use traits like PLOT Armor or Concealed Repairs (or both), which frees up several console slots for more universals.  This would also free up the two tactical abilities to be something else - likely two more Intel abilities for even more debuffing and disabling of enemy ships.


This is also another great example of how raw damage is not all there is in PvP - this ship can disable and slow enemies, get them caught in gravity wells and intel abilities like Ionic Turbulence, EMP Probe, or Evade Target Lock, setting them up for an easy kill.


It's also fairly quick and maneuverable, making this a great platform for combating fast escorts.
