Context for this Build

This very odd ship has both Intel and Pilot seating, with full Pilot spec complete with pilot maneuvers - but has a 4/4 weapon layout. This makes it truly one of a kind and gives it a unique feel and piloting style, benefiting from broadside beam damage but on a ship with nearly the same speed and maneuverability as more common 5/2 pilot ships.

The combined Intel and Pilot seating, along with a Universal LTC seat, makes this a very adaptable layout. Intel can be used for stealth or for disables and hold effects, and while the pilot and tactical seat is shared, forcing a lean take on tactical abilities, the ability to squeeze in Lambda when needed helps with both stealth detection and decreasing enemy perception like any good intel escort build.

As a Voyager fan, I also love this ship for its visual design and effects. It can slot the Fluidic Rift console from the Kiwavi, and when combined with its own console it receives a healthy 33% hull regen boost. It's debatable how practical this would be in PvP, but still cool nonetheless. The Fluidic puddles last 30 seconds and have a 1 minute cooldown, so that also is strange for a T6 Universal console, others of which usually have a 2 minute cooldown. These puddles slow enemy ships and move around, so they can be quite annoying even if a bit ineffective.
